Previous message: Cheryl: "Is starting the pill to delay period safe?" I was on orthotricyclen for 2 yrs, then tried the patch for 2 months before going back on orthotricyclen. I was on the 2nd patch (2nd week of my cycle) when my gyno told me to take to start the pill that day, which was midcycle. now I am on my 2nd week of pills, and my period normally would have started today if I was on the patch still because it would have been my 4th week and no patch, and I have been experiencing some light bleeding. I would like to know if this is normal since I switched birth control mid cycle, and also if I am bleeding somewhat this week, will I expect to have bleeding when I actually am on the 4th week (placebo pills) of my pill pack? thank you Next message: T: "Re: fleshy colored moles on inner thigh/groin area???"
