Large amounts of discharge; years of uncomfort

Since I was about 13 or 14 I've had a thick, white discharge (likeMayonaise). It gets worse during heavy activity, or the longer I wait till going to the bathroom. (Not that I wait, but if I have to wait till I drive home from work for instance.) When I go, a very large amount comes out-the size of a half dollar. If I don't, it comes out in my panties. I have to wear a liner every day. I started getting it before being sexually active, before starting birth control and before getting my period. It has gotten worse over time. I am now 22. It does not smell, and isn't a funny color. I have been to different OBGYN doctors over the years, and they have all said that it's normal, have tested negative for STD's and said the yeast tested very low as well. My last doctor tried a cream she thought may get rid of it-didn't work. It's uncomfortable and embarrasing when in sexual activity. Everyone keeps saying it's normal; but for the amount I get? Five times a day going to the bathroom, and having to use a ton of toilet paper each time--I have to furthermore push it out, so that I can hopefully get it out in the toilet and not in my pants. There has to be someone I can go to that specializes in this, or something I can take? I can't see the rest of my life having this?? I read something about lower back pain being related, which I have had terrible lower back pains for quite some time, however I thought it was due to the weakness in my lower back from too many boan marrows /spinal taps when I was little (when I was little I had leukemia, I have a dent in my lower back bone from so many of them.) However can this relate to my discharge? Please help. I really would like to take care of this. Also, I've tried the "change your food diet, eat yogurt, etc" before. Doesn't help. Thanks . . .
